Pastor of Worship & Technical Arts

McKenzie Towne Church (MTC) is seeking an experienced, fulltime Worship & Technical Arts Pastor. The successful candidate must display a deep passion, calling, and proficiency in leading worship. This dynamic role will include, but not be limited to, organizing and leading worship services, along with shepherding our worship and technical arts teams. The successful candidate will be instrumental with preparing, planning, directing, nurturing, and overseeing all aspects, administratively, technically, and creatively, of our worship and technical arts. This role requires strong competencies in leadership, communication, collaboration, and shepherding. This position is not solely a worship/technical arts role, as there is opportunity to incorporate other areas of ministry interest and/or gifting's as they pertain to the overall ministry goals and objectives of MTC.

We're looking for a personable pastor who has experience working on a staff team and someone who is willing to be themselves.

Nursery  - Preschool Program Director

McKenzie Towne Church (MTC) is seeking a permanent part-time Director for our Nursery - Preschool Programs. Our current Children's Pastor, Trevor Berry, will be expanding his role in the Fall so we want to bring on some extra help! Trevor will still serve as the Family Ministry's Pastor and will be a partner/supervisor in this ministry area.

Come join our fun team! We love serving Jesus, building community, and seeing Jesus' kingdom grow. You can help make a difference by shaping kids from birth to preschool and can lead them closer to Jesus! This role is fairly flexible with hybrid at-home/onsite options. We want to make sure this a great experience for you as you help lead this ministry area.

The main priorities for the role are: curating curriculum (we have a curriculum provider, but it needs to be formatted for teachers), scheduling and overseeing volunteers, overseeing the programs, and helping with some daytime mid-week programs for this age group (this is to be negotiated depending on passions).
