What is the meaning of life? Who is God? Who is Jesus? What about Faith? Explore with us at Starting Point!

Starting Point is a group for people that are exploring Christianity but have not committed their life to Jesus. It's a safe environment to ask questions and connect with people as we explore who Jesus is. The next session starts on The next session starts on September 29th and is 8 weeks in length. A meal is provided each week so that conversation can happen over good food. There is no cost! This is hosted and led by Kelly and Lisa Jarrett at their home in McKenzie Lake.

Looking to join a Small Group at MTC?
Joining a Group Connect is an amazing opportunity to make new friends, grow as a follower of Jesus, and explore opportunities to start new small groups.

Cost: $10 / person
Time: 6:30-8:00pm
When: Tuesdays for 6 Weeks (Oct. 14 - Nov.18)

What: You will join a facilitated group at a table in the sanctuary of MTC.
The first night is a meal & relationship builder. The following weeks are going through the study. We will have next step options available following the Group Connect.

How: After Registration You Will Be Place In a Group (friend requests can be made).
Your group roster will be sent out prior to the first meeting with a welcome from your leader.

God invites us to help Him change the world through our prayers, therefore, we invite you to join us for a night of prayer & worship on Tuesday, September 2 & 16th @ 6:30 pm at MTC.

This hike is close to home and beautiful and there are many distance opportunities so people can head back early if they don’t want to go the full 8km route. Pick a route that is best for you!

In The Way of Wisdom  Bible teachers Jen Wilkin, Ruth Chou Simons, Kelly Minter, Adrienne Camp, Elizabeth Woodson, and Courtney Doctor invite you to place your feet firmly on the path of life revealed in the book of Proverbs. As you consider wisdom priniciples on everyday topics like words, work, friendship, marriage, parenting, neigbourliness, money management, leadership influence, and more, you'll discover the wisdom of Proverbs as an invitation to steadily walk God's way in God's world.

Help us equip HER Victory with care packages filled with practical items for marginalized women on the streets of Calgary. These care packages open the door to conversation where God's love, care, and forgivenenss can be shared. MTC will be collecting these items starting
Sunday, September 21 - Sunday, October 5, 2025.
